You’re Not Alone
Perimenopause/Menopause Transition
Perimenopause is a significant life transition that can affect far more than just the body.
Peri refers to time around Menopause. This can be several years before and after the one day which is Menopause (12 months after the last period).
Alongside changes in hormones, many people experience shifts in mood, anxiety, cognitive function, sleep, memory, identity, and relationships.
These changes can feel unsettling or isolating—especially when they arrive unexpectedly or aren’t openly talked about. While this is a natural phase of life, it’s one that deserves understanding and support.
Partners and loved ones are often impacted too, and they may need space to make sense of these changes alongside the person they care about.
